Recently, Google updated a way for webmasters to submit their new URLs through the Google Webmaster Tools toolkit . After you go to Google Webmaster Tools, go to the Fetch as Googlebot section in the Diagnostics section and try fetching one of your urls in the form, you will see an additional Submit to index section in the line displaying the fetch results of each page. However, when you enter this section, you will see that Google limits the number of fetches to 50 times and submits to 10 times (limited to your entire Google Webmaster Tools account).
