Hi,
Create a solution with a project.
Right-click on the project, choose Manage Nuget Packages...
The NuGet Package Manager tab appears as normal.
Close the NuGet Package Manager tab.
Right-click on the solution and choose Add=>New Solution Folder (name it anything)
Drag the project into the Solution Folder you just created.
Perform step 2 again. This time an error dialog appears stating that <project> nuget package configuration is invalid.
