Questions on overclocking

Hi,


I know my CPU (i5 3570k) has great potential with it's overclocking abilities, so my question is;



Should I attempt to do some overclocking?



Would I see THAT much of a performance increase if I did?



Would overclocking raise my cases temperatures dramatically?

Please help.
