Hi I am a bullguard member for over 4 yrs i renewed my subscription in october for 3 yrs as i was doing this noticed that there was a new version so i proceeded to uninstall my older V10 i think it was and then install the new v12 fresh since i have installed it on 2 laptps i have noticed it takes a lot longer to scan than my older version and slows my use of the laptop making it freeze and take for ever to do anything while its scanning on one of the laptops which are identical when a schedule scan starts it crashes the laptop and i get blue screens this as only started happening since i installed v12 and only happens if the schedule scan is set if i run it manually it doesnt could this be a hard drive issue?
