Hi, i have installed it on 2 laptps i have noticed it takes a lot longer to scan than my older version and slows my use of the laptop making it freeze and take for ever to do anything while its scanning on one of the laptops which are identical when a schedule scan starts it crashes the laptop and i get blue screens this as only started happening since i installed v12 and only happens if the schedule scan is set if i run it manually it doesnt could this be a hard drive issue Please help.
